This dealer Has always provided great service except for one time when the advisor gave me a lot of false info…but, they may be getting sloppy. There is a large turnover in service personnel. The tech left the cover off my cabin filter cover and I had to fix it myself. They let me out with a service check showing low break fluid without advising me and without adding fluid. And, they have become chintzy. I know dealer prices are higher; they include overhead nd profit that pays for good technicians nd nice place to wait…but, when service charges range over one hundreds dollars at the very least,to add a credit card fee on top of prices that certainly includes that cost as part of the overhead? She’ll, that is just beneath contempt. Why? What is the point? I think maybe Gettel has lost its way. More
