We have tried to work with them several times. They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a l They are awful. We have 2 open recalls that we can't seem to get them to fix. Twice we called and scheduled times and they promised we could have a loaner while they took time to do the recalls. When we showed up for the appointment they said they don't do loaners. But for some reason they keep promising them. They said a manager would contact us but they never did. Go figure. So this time we made arrangements for ourselves so we could leave the vehicle. Then they call us after we have left the vehicle saying your car is in great shape! It needs $3,000 in repairs though... and we can't do one of the recalls unless you do one of the repairs. The recall is a legitimate safety concern that is malfunctioning in our car, and they just want to make money off of us. Im not sure how or who to complain to but i would think that it would be mandatory for them to replace something that is malfunctioning and is a safety concern. These people are a joke More

Honda Superstition Springs where I purchased my car in 2018 used to be excellent. I have all my servicing there as well. I went in last week with an appointment to have something that’s been recalled fixed. The person I was assigned to Gabbie, wasn’t there, they paged her twice then actually went in the back to get her, when she finally came to her work space, she rolled her eyes & asked why I was there, I showed her the paper for the recall, snatched it out of my hand & said it will take 3-4 hrs. I left & will go to Chandler for any further servicing, my next car (2-5yrs) will be a Toyota. More

Adrian Gonzalez - Best Internet Manager I worked with Rich Sedakis, Kenny Gess, Adrian Gonzalez and Mehdi Soleymanpour and I couldn't have picked a better place to do business with on my new I worked with Rich Sedakis, Kenny Gess, Adrian Gonzalez and Mehdi Soleymanpour and I couldn't have picked a better place to do business with on my new Accord! Everyone was so pleasant to work with and Adrian was able to find the right car for me. He did not haggle me on payment which made the experience enjoyable and easygoing. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Honda Superstition Springs for their next Honda purchase. Just ask for Adrian! More

SOLD US A PREVIOUSLY TOTALED CAR WITHOUT DISCLOSING ON CARFA X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax X. Was even a "Certified Pre Owned". We just went in to trade in our old accord for a new one. Surprisingly the other honda dealer showed us a Carfax report that stated this vehicle was a Total Loss in 2009, before we bought it, and only started reporting it in 2013 after we bought it! It did NOT show up as a Total Loss on the Carfax when we bought it used from this Superstition Honda dealer. This was even a Certified Pre Owned and they did not disclose this or show it on the CarFax! The air bags are stated to have deployed and major damage needing towning from the 2009 accident. If trust and safety are your concern, AVOID! We are in contact with the Better Business Bureau and other certain parties about this. More

1st time experience I stopped in for a no appointment oil change on a Monday. Very impressed with service. In and out in an hour. The atmosphere was very courteous and he I stopped in for a no appointment oil change on a Monday. Very impressed with service. In and out in an hour. The atmosphere was very courteous and helpful. Additional services were advised for the recommended miles but not pushed. I elected for the additional service. Once service was completed Tommy explained what was done to vehicle and how everything looked. Car was washed and looked good. More
