Went in for an air bag recall repair (Passage and driver side). They parked my car outside for an hour before bringing it in the shop. Several of the service staff couldn't drive manual trans/stick. One of the staff stalled my vehicle 4 times if not more in the process of trying to get it into the shop. To add to this information after waiting 2hrs they told me they couldn't fix the driver side because they didn't have the parts. I have been a mechanic and fabricator for years. I set the bar pretty low for most shops, BMW of Orland park service center will be no exception. Thanks for setting the bar even lower. they told me they needed a part when I came back they didn't even replace any parts and told me it was fine. I waited 11 days just for them to tell me it was fine. they took way too much of my time and money for a recall they were responsible for More
