Took my E 350 in for service. Things started out bad..my fault in part, but Richard the service manager saved the day! He was absolutely amazing! So was Blake. They both made me extremely comfortable having fault in part, but Richard the service manager saved the day! He was absolutely amazing! So was Blake. They both made me extremely comfortable having the work done there. I've never been treated with such respect at any Dealership! Blake was the best..he let me know exactly what needed to be addressed on my car, but never pressured me. They completed the work in no time at all. It was a very enjoyable experience for sure. I still need to have a couple of things done, and I'm looking forward to having them complete them. If I could, I would give them 10 stars! Thank you Richard and Blake!! More

Our MBZ with 4k miles on it went in for its anual oil change, upon picking it up, it burning lots of blue smoke on the way home and the check engine lite had come on I took the vehicle back. Turn out th change, upon picking it up, it burning lots of blue smoke on the way home and the check engine lite had come on I took the vehicle back. Turn out they spillied (or overfilled) the oil and it was pushed through the valve seals and into the combustion area of the engine, they drove it 40 miles to burn off the oil (wihtout refilling my gas), changed the spark plugs and then said... "Here you go, it should be fine now". Their good faith offer was to offer me an extended warranty at their cost (2600.00). It now intermittently triggers a "Reduce Oil Level Warning", Shifts rough and runs rougher than before. They effectively ruined our car and offered us nothing but a big middle finger for their mistake. We certainly miss our MBZ dealer in socal, they really understand how to take care of their customers. This will be our last MBZ for sure. Lexus or Audi maybe next. More
