Over and above! I had applied for a loan online and Kristen sent all the financing information and options to me before I traveled to the dealership. She then spoke w I had applied for a loan online and Kristen sent all the financing information and options to me before I traveled to the dealership. She then spoke with me on the phone and had the PERFECT truck selected for me with options that I hadn’t even thought of but LOVE. Kristen was with a customer when I arrived so she had Rick work with me. It was such a smooth transition and I was impressed that she didn't have me sit and wait on her. It was a team approach with the customer getting the best service at Lithia. Rick was exceptional! He, very patiently, walked me through all the features of the Tacoma and accompanied me on the test drive. He also picked me up at the airport since I had to return the rental car. Once we got back to the dealership, he stayed with me and set up the navigation and voice recognition system in the truck. I was so grateful because I encountered a terrible storm driving home but felt safe knowing that I wouldn’t miss a turn. My overall experience was waaaay better than expected! The people at Lithia go over and above!! More

Toyota Highlander Sat in all of the mid size SUV's and the Highlander felt the best of all of them. I came back the next day and looked at all of the colors and then settled on the one that I ended up purchasing. He was very helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning. I even lost my wedding ring while I was there and he went the extra mile and dumped out the bathroom garbage and there it was. More
