The back-to-back Hurricanes of Helene and Milton were especially stressful and had no comparison for the Tampa Bay Area. Richard was super organized and seemingly undaunted in working the process to secure my new RDX, reserve it with a deposit until my insurance claim cleared, and get the paperwork underway expeditiously! It was a whirlwind and Richard was terrific throughout all of it! He had my new RDX detailed and all ready and waiting for me. I truly appreciate everything Richard did to make the aftermath of this unexpected situation such a pleasure! More
