On January 2, 2024, I took my 2014 Jetta to Haley Volkswagen of Arlington Texas, for a noise in the engine, they diagnosed and replaced the timing chain and tensioner, but the noise continued, so in Volkswagen of Arlington Texas, for a noise in the engine, they diagnosed and replaced the timing chain and tensioner, but the noise continued, so in a second diagnosis they replaced the intake camshaft, which did not solve the noise problem either, after this they told me that the car was ready, I picked it up, paying more than 5000 dollars for the supposed fix, which was a failure, because 4 days Afterwards I had to return it because the oil light was turning on and off, and it had a strong smell of burning oil. 4 weeks later they informed me that the car has low oil pressure and that I must replace the engine at a cost of more than 9,000 dollars. . It is inconceivable because the car never had low pressure problems. And now after 6 months of the car being in the shop they deliver it to me unusable and I have to take it to my house by tow truck. They are not responsible even though they gave me a 12 month warranty or 12,000 miles and the car didn't even have 100 miles of use since it left that shop. It is very frustrating to try to find the best place for a repair because I thought it was a dealer authorized by Volkswagen, the same brand as my car, without imagining that it was the worst mistake since now I don't have a car and 5,000 dollars less in my pocket. I do not recommend this place at all. When I complained to them they said they are not responsible for anything like it’s not a big deal to them, worst place they don’t work on cars they ruin cars. Now I don’t have a car and they aren’t responsible for anything. More

Mo has been my go-to service manager on my pre-owned Tiguan. I feel like he puts his customer's best interests first. I had an urgent situation with my daughters Jetta, and I got in touch with Richard and also spoke with Mo, I live in East Texas and my daughter lives in Dallas. It was a sticky situation. They got her car got in touch with Richard and also spoke with Mo, I live in East Texas and my daughter lives in Dallas. It was a sticky situation. They got her car in and They got everything completed as it should be and they were able to explain the situation completely and they were extremely transparent! They were very kind and very upfront about everything going on, when it came time to get her car ( it got ready faster than we anticipated, ) I can’t express, my gratitude to Richard and Mo for their kindness in the situation when you're a mom and you live far away from your kid it’s very difficult and scary sometimes, also as women we can tend to be taken advantage of when it comes to vehicles, they made me really feel at ease of her car would be handled and they were very detailed on what to expect…I DO suggest Hiley Volkswagen of Arlington service department, Richard and Mo are top notch guys!! More

Mo and Richard have become more than service consultants. By their care for me and my car (Sylvie), I have come to regard them as friends. I wanted to talk to service manager, called him three times never returned my call i went to dealership stayed there for one hour he didn't talk to me, they couldn't fix my 2014 Passat after two weeks an times never returned my call i went to dealership stayed there for one hour he didn't talk to me, they couldn't fix my 2014 Passat after two weeks and they charged me $150.00 too, I had to take my car to another VW dealer, very bad customer service Richard service advisor was very rude, please don't even get close to them. Outstanding customer service Hiley VW has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever bought a car from. My 2012 Golf and my daughter's 2015 Jetta both still run grea Hiley VW has the best customer service of any dealership I have ever bought a car from. My 2012 Golf and my daughter's 2015 Jetta both still run great because of their service department and Richard's and Mo's attention to detail. Every time we go in, Richard and Mo treat us like we are their most important customers. They have gone above and beyond for us time after time. When my son gets my 2012 Golf, I'll be buying my new car from Hiley VW. More

Mo was incredibly helpful and professional. Ever since my prior service consoltent transfered I was unsure to work with someone new but Mo is a shining example that strong and effective service is consistent prior service consoltent transfered I was unsure to work with someone new but Mo is a shining example that strong and effective service is consistent throughout Volkswagen. This is why I drive 45 minutes to get here for service as they take great care of you here. Love coming here. As with Humma before, Mo kept me updated as the service went along, offered me transportation options and forecast for my time waiting during the service, as well as explained everything and recommended a valid and serious repair to consider that I had not been aware of. All in all a very professional man. Thank you Mo for your help. More

Wonderful & Trustworthy I bought my car new 5 years ago with Carlos as my sales guy - Fast forward over 5 years later, whenever Carlos sees me in the service department he AL I bought my car new 5 years ago with Carlos as my sales guy - Fast forward over 5 years later, whenever Carlos sees me in the service department he ALWAYS remembers who I am and what I do for a living. We maybe speak once a year and his thoughtfulness and courtesy is unlike anything I've seen. I think of "car salesmen" as people who just want to make a sale as fast as possible without getting to know what you really need/want. I continued getting my car serviced at Hiley after my 2 years of having my car (that's when the basic services aren't free anymore!) and I don't regret one minute of it. I always wait at the dealership and have a great and reasonably fast experience with the work that's being done. Mo is my go-to service advisor and he always comes through with the best service and even coupons when their available that I don't know about. From little events like changing my own headlight bulbs to my radiator leaking and me being really worried, I can pick up the phone and call Mo and he will consult with anything going on with my car and advise what to do and how to help. I've reset my automatic windows over the phone, been given help with changing bulbs over the phone, and many other tasks that I much appreciate. I will continue getting my car serviced at Hiley and you should too! Mo is the best! More
