I bought a car from Arrigo Jeep of Margate FL back in October 2023 and I had the worst car buying experience!. I was lied to by Richard Matos, the finance person. He sold me over $6000 in warrante October 2023 and I had the worst car buying experience!. I was lied to by Richard Matos, the finance person. He sold me over $6000 in warrantees that I never requested. He told me that there was no room for anything to add to the finance. As if I had reached the most I could be approved for.. He kept describing each warranty as if it came with the car. Because the car I was buying was a Certified Preowned Jeep. He had me sign all the contracts on the huge screen on his desk not one single physical paper. When we were finished he sent me home with a blank hard drive that I didn’t see till the next day which was a Sunday. I called Richard Matos the next day and he promised me that he would email me the paperwork. once he was done helping his client.. He never emailed me the paperwork. It was almost a week after that I found out what I had gotten into because I came back into the dealership. By then, I knew I had messed up because I trusted Richard Matos. He greeted me with a smile when I returned to the dealership, and I told him that I wanted to speak to a manager. I explained the whole situation to the manager present at the time, “LT” I asked to speak to Richard Matos to confront him. The manager told me that he had left for the night. That being after he saw me. The day I bought the truck I was very excited about buying the Jeep Gladiator that I signed all the lines thinking I would just refinance the car at the Credit Union. I was promised 9% interest rate and it was 12% loan!!! The sales person was on it too, Cienna Moore, she had me initial a paper saying I had gotten a 9% interest rate. She also asked me to give her my debit card to show the financial person “Richard Matos” that I was serious about buying the car with $5k down payment. I was able to cancel every single extended warranty and I was able to refinance with CapitalOne with a 7.2% interest rate later. This experience really taught me a lesson that you should never sign something before you read it through. This was a life lesson for me! I can thank Richard for that!!! I will avoid going to that dealer ever again. I hope this review makes it to upper management. Bruno M More

Still waiting on paperwork that was type wrong. Nice selection of cars. But the fees that the dealer charges are absolutely ridiculous. Not sure will buy from ARRIGO again. Nice selection of cars. I don’t recommend this dealership. They sold me a plan that I can’t use, an extended warranty that I don’t need. Richard, the finance guy was so friendly from the beginning, then tur They sold me a plan that I can’t use, an extended warranty that I don’t need. Richard, the finance guy was so friendly from the beginning, then turned to be a liar. They don’t follow up with me, they don’t care about their customers. I have been waiting for my plate bracket for a while now. I don’t know where to call about cancellation of the extended warranty. I have this car for more than two weeks now and my tag is not fixed the proper way, they just zipped tied it , unprofessional job. I have been trying to reach out one of the finance managers Jeff, no response, no calls back. He promised to fix my issue with the door painting a week ago, and that was just on words. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. More

I was absolutely impressed with the Arrigo facility and its employees. After going to two different dealerships because I thought I found a great deal, I walked out of them due to misinformation. I was already talking with Julio before I visited the second dealership, and I was happy with how he handled me telling him that I was going to look at another Jeep. He was patient and understanding. I didn't make it back to Arrigo until 5:15 pm and Julio was on his way out; however, he stayed to work with me. I explained to him what I was interested in, he showed me what they had, and we crunched some numbers. Instead of the back and forth on prices that you normally deal with, Richard and Julio sat down with me and asked what my golden number was. I told them and they made it happen. I can appreciate a dealership that cuts out the smoke and mirrors and asks the hard question. Very happy with the purchasing process at Arrigo of Margate. More
