I purchased a new 2023 Mazda CX-50 in March 2023. I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service tha I bought the service agreement and the wheel & tire coverage. When I took the car in for initial service, they charged me $128.03 for the service that I had purchased initially. After several trips trying to get refunded, the provider did pay $80 of the $128.03. The dealer still owes me $48.03, but say they will only give me an in-store credit, not a refund? So, I find this dealer to be a VERY poor example of customer service! Do NOT do business with these cooks!! More

I am from Massachusetts and was visiting family and was in search of a new car. From my first call to the dealership to the delivery of my new Mazda (same day) the experience has been nothing short of ama in search of a new car. The folks at Bradshaw Mazda were incredibly friendly and professional. They were patient with my fiancée and I as we kept flip flopping between trim levels.
