The service department is terrible I the last time I had my vehicle there I had the same problem with service that I had this time. I was told my vehicle would be ready be a certain day several times and th my vehicle there I had the same problem with service that I had this time. I was told my vehicle would be ready be a certain day several times and the day it would be ready changed every time I called them. They had my vehicle for a week and the only updates I got was when I called. Would not recommend at all. I gave the service department another chance and told them I had a bad experience last time. While my truck was there my service advisor either quit or got fired on a Friday and I called Monday to get an update because that was the second pickup date they missed and yet again I was told it would be the next day before it was ready. I finally got in touch with the service manager after leaving to messages asking her to call me. Only after that phone call was I contacted by the service advisor. Every other update I received I had to call and ask for. And he had the nerve to ask me to leave a good review and that he had been communicating with me but that was only after my conversation with the service manager at 12:00pm and he called about 1:30 More

Friendly professional work force. My car 🚗 was serviced well and returned to me in good condition. I waited in a nice clean room with space to social distance from other customers.
