Birdie Baum in sales was polite and helpful. Things went down hill with the other administrative personnel. Half truths, did not follow my financing requests, delays, and they ultimately shorted Things went down hill with the other administrative personnel. Half truths, did not follow my financing requests, delays, and they ultimately shorted me a $ 400.00 key fob . This was not presented in the transaction of a 4 month old vehicle. Also shorted me a trailer hitch bumper cover. These two “ shorts” were not disclosed until the paperwork was done and I was on the way out the door. Small down dealer with big city weasels behind the curtain. Lesson learned. More
