I visited there yesterday aug 12th. This was my third visit and by far the worse. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment(10:30 was appointed time) it was for a sync update on radio. (A This was my third visit and by far the worse. Arrived 30 minutes prior to appointment(10:30 was appointed time) it was for a sync update on radio. (About 1hr job) I never left there until 1:45. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Only one person there tried to accommodate me. Forgot to get his name was not my service advisor. Will not be going back. Also tried buying a car from them very bad service they dealt with me for 2 weeks and then just quit answering me now I have purchased well over 15 vehicles in 12 years so not new at it. Needless to say as soon as i can get out of my current ford I’ll be done. Ford shame on you and shame on this dealership I will be servicing my vehicle elsewhere. Ford do better. More
