I was in for service on a 335 iX coupe. Sandro Rosario handled check-in rapidly and efficiently. He kept me apprised of the status as the vehicle was being serviced. While in the waiting area, Richard Henriquez (from whom I had purchased a 2024 X3) approached to say hello and discuss how things were going with the X3 and if Freehold BMW needed to do anything prior to the X3's first maintenance. This showed a real after the sale concern for the customer. Highly recommend Richard Henriquez and Freehold BMW. More
