I put one star because there is no other lower rating. I am very disappointed with the attention and repair service of my vehicle. They did not keep a given word, they took many days to give me information about the repair of the vehicle, they changed spare parts at random (charging very high amounts for each repair) and in the end they did not solve the cause of the problem on two occasions. I went into Greico Ford to look at cars as my lease was snout to end. I was greeted by Tanner who was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I never felt pressured and I planned to look at other cars bu snout to end. I was greeted by Tanner who was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. I never felt pressured and I planned to look at other cars but I fell in love with the Mustang and was ready fora change and Michael (the manager) and Tanner and Donovan (finance) made it easy and fun. ***IF YOU HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THIS DEALERSHIP REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILE A COMPLAINT.*** Imagine a woman who is 9 months pregnant become the object of hostility and bullying at a THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILE A COMPLAINT.*** Imagine a woman who is 9 months pregnant become the object of hostility and bullying at a car dealership. That is our story. We bought a van from the manchildren at Greico Ford a few months ago and after 10 days it broke down. I took it back and they kept it for 10 more days, then they finally “fixed” the problems that we brought it in for. But not before we were gaslighted for buying a used car from them — yes, you heard that correctly — my 9 month pregnant wife was told, verbatim, “you should have known what you were getting into when you bought a car with this many miles on it.” When I picked up the van finally I made a right out of the parking lot and the check engine light came immediately back on. I had my mechanic hook it up to the computer and there was a laundry list of more problems it had. Either the mechanics there don’t know what they are doing and couldn’t find these very basic problems or the management just don’t care — neither is acceptable. They care about nothing but making a few quick bucks. They filled their pockets while they hid behind their contracts and sales counter. Here’s where it gets really dirty: The used car sales manager Chris showed me no option but to turn the van back in for another car (which I didn’t want because they had no more vans at their dealership). I was offered $1500 LESS for the car I had for 10 days. Worse yet I was told I MUST buy from their inventory in order to have that credit— a refund was not an option. I was therefore forced into a car that was not only NOT the car we wanted but had an incredibly unfair price tag. (I’m pretty sure they added fees that weren’t supposed to be there or higher than normal because of the heated interaction we had after all of this happened.) Ultimately, that they created an impossible situation that put the customer in a rock-and-hard-place scenario by selling us a van that shouldn’t have been on their lot and then taking advantage of our vulnerability when we were without a car. Bottom line: awful quality vehicle followed by overpriced vehicle followed by hidden fees, topped off with aggressive and hostile management style. Note to the toddlers running the place: People who take advantage of people are weak. It takes strength to do the right thing especially when there is self-gain on the line. Note to everyone else: BBB didn’t get me everything I wanted in rectifying the situation but I did get a check for the difference in the refund of my warranty. So, REPORT THEM TO THE BBB!
