Way too long. I sat in the waiting room for over 5 1/2 hours! Should have loaner cars available. Jesus was hard to understand. Plus He did not give me any updates until I got up and went to him - after 4 1/2 hours of waiting 😖 Another negative- I have to go back when the part arrives. Good part- free manicure. More

Cirri Pierce, service advisor, was very helpful. She came over to where we were sitting many times to let us know how the work was progressing.
