In December 2022 I bought a CRV, 2023 and leaving the dealer I notified the buyer that the vehicle marked an error on the screen regarding the air in the tires, I sent it to the service area, they checke dealer I notified the buyer that the vehicle marked an error on the screen regarding the air in the tires, I sent it to the service area, they checked it and even so the error continued in The system also came with one of the factory edges bent, which I notified but they did nothing at that time. In these 6 months I tried to contact the seller to see if they could help me with the warranty, since it is a new vehicle, but I could never communicate. Yesterday I decided to go to the PLAZA HONDA dealer in Brooklyn where I bought the vehicle, and I talked to the seller, Mr. Richard and he sent me to the body shop department. Mr. David received me and told me that I had to make an appointment for the edge that had to be corrected, and he referred me to the service area to verify the tire air error. When I got to the service area I was greeted by a man named Kevin who was super rude. He received me by preying on a cigarette and blowing smoke in my face. When I explained the situation, he told me that I had possibly broken one of the sensors because he saw the dirty tires. I explained that since I bought it, I always get that error and that I couldn't diagnose that they were broken without first doing the necessary revision, he told me that the vehicle had no warranty and that he had to pay for the problem. that he doesn't help me with this, and he told me shouting in Spanish, DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH YOUR VEHICLE, BUT YOU HAVE NO WARRANTY AND I'M NOT GOING TO REPAIR IT, AND YOU BETTER GET OUT OF HERE NOW. and he left . At that point I felt offended, mistreated and disenchanted with the HONDA brand since I don't understand how they can have people who are providing bad customer service... in my personal experience. I do not recommend using this dealer More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I bought a used car from Plaza Honda. First of all, I couldn't even test drive the car; it was in the show room. I should have left right then. The sa I bought a used car from Plaza Honda. First of all, I couldn't even test drive the car; it was in the show room. I should have left right then. The salesman I was dealing with didn't give me much info other than the CARFAX report. He poo-pooed my reaction to the fact the button had fallen off the seat adjustment control. Again, I should have left. Then the worst thing happened: they made a mistake in my address, which caused my registration and loan to disappear into the void. I know I should have caught it myself right then, but I called 1.5 later when I saw it on the paperwork. The first time I called I informed John Morgan, the finance person who had filled out the paperwork. He said he would get back in touch to let me know he had corrected it. Not a word from him. When I called 5 days later, someone pretended to be him, and gave me a phony number to call to verify with the bank, which was a sex line!!! At this point, I took care of the registration myself by going by DMV and explaining the mistake, and luckily they immediately issued a new registration. Meanwhile, I was getting nervous about the loan as a month was drawing to a close. The Plaza Honda staff could not have been less helpful. The only person who remotely helped was Troy Esposito, a sales manager. Everyone else was useless and/or rude. They would not answer questions, they actually suggested I pay them the first month's payment on the loan! How absurd is that? Legal? Don't think so. No one came through with concrete information except for Troy, and even he was vague as to when I should expect to see my loan come through at the bank. Finally, 33 days later, the bank has acknowledged that they received the paperwork. I think John Morgan was more than useless. I can not believe they charged me for "taking care" of the paperwork!!! What a load of nonsense that is. Beware. Look at your paperwork much more carefully than I did. More
