Noone greats you. I went there looking to buy a car, went back a day later and sales rep never acknowledged I walked in on my scheduled appt time. Never said he's running behind schedule, GM looked at me never said a word and knew I was there to get ny car appraised. Would of bought that day but with no service, no greeting, and 1 hr wasted never going back. More

We were recently there to finance my car because my lease was about to mature. When we arrived we made it very clear that that's what our plan was and that we are NOT interested in getting a new car. After c was about to mature. When we arrived we made it very clear that that's what our plan was and that we are NOT interested in getting a new car. After constantly being brought new car information, we finally said "listen we dont want the new car info, we want to know what the rates are to finance the care. Kept going back and forth and it seemed as if they didnt want us to buy the car and didnt want to give any information about finance. So we left with absolute no information and frustrated that we wasted our time coming in and went to the credit union instead to start the process with them. After calling Motorworld multiple times to get the Buy out lease package and getting transferred and supposed to have calls returned, we finally gave up hopes with them and just called Honda Financial where the associate was able to give me exactly what we asked for. Honestly it was such a disheartening experience because when we lease my car 3 years it was such an easy process. After the recent experience, we have decided that we will NO longer do any business with Motorworld and will either buy from Matt Burne Honda or travel to other Honda dealerships. I think its ridiculous that this is the experience we had and that Tyler P was clearly not listening to the customers wants and then you have a sales "manager" Rich Engleman or at least claiming the title of a manager that couldnt help answer questions and the finance team couldnt answer finance questions to the credit union and transferred them back to sales. Doesnt make any sense and they should really listen more closely to what the customer wants and get there heads out of their xxxxx. More
