Good morning, I call and talk to Mr Juan when I walk in I wasn’t sure ,about getting a vehicle,,I knew it was time to get a vehicle, but Hugh , work with me took me for a test ride , I kept saying I don’ I wasn’t sure ,about getting a vehicle,,I knew it was time to get a vehicle, but Hugh , work with me took me for a test ride , I kept saying I don’t want to drive , I fist want to see if Iam approve, little did I know he already knew he was sending me home in my 2024 vehicle , with a person with bad credit and door closing on me, , I tell everyone To go buy a vehicle from you all , I want to say thank you all More

Overpaid because so was told I would receive service records from what was done at dealership and never received. I was told the second key would be retrieved and I would be contacted. I have not been records from what was done at dealership and never received. I was told the second key would be retrieved and I would be contacted. I have not been contacted and cannot get a return call or email. The vehicle had 2 dead batteries that I replaced two days after purchase. I notified the dealer and no return call/email. I was told the floor mates would be put back in when I picked up. They were not and no one knew anything about them. The vehicle had less than 1/4 tank of gas. The headlights had a short in the electrical so I replaced them. I spent over $1,000 after the purchase just to have the vehicle in safe condition. The finance person would not give up on warranty in his office after I explicitly informed him that I use my own on the phone the prior day. More

This dealership had the vehicle I wanted in stock to the exact spec. Unfortunately from the first phone call till delivery was a nightmare. Not only were they not on top of a $100k sale they didn’t follow u exact spec. Unfortunately from the first phone call till delivery was a nightmare. Not only were they not on top of a $100k sale they didn’t follow up and if I didn’t I would have not had the vehicle we wanted. Upon delivery not only was it not spotless the def fluid was empty. Paperwork showed 5 miles and was delivered with 55. Still waiting on where that mileage went. I would stay clear of this dealership unless you find yourself in my shoes where they had the only one closest to me in the country. More

HORRIBLE! !!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. This dealership is crooked and uses unfair business practices. I purchased my vehicle over a !!!!! I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't an option. This dealership is crooked and uses unfair business practices. I purchased my vehicle over a month ago and still don't have my tag and title because they are withholding it until I pay them an ADDITIONAL $1,000. At signing, they NEVER told me I was required to put down $1000 cash before I could drive off the lot. I signed for $28,892 per the bill of sale and drove off the lot thinking everything was finalized. A week later, I got a phone call from the shady salesman, Nathan Watson, stating that my bank is requiring that I put down $1000. I called my bank and they stated they are not requiring any down payment from me. A couple weeks later, I get another call from the finance manager at Jim Ellis Marc Starks. I called my bank on 3-way and he stated on a recorded call, "I made a mistake", and seconds later, "the dealership isn't gonna eat this". Evidently, he was supposed to add this $1000 to the total amount to make it $29,892. But when he called my bank to cash the check he told them "$28,892". I asked him several times on this same call, was I supposed to pay this $1000 at signing, because it was never discussed. He stated twice, "no but most times when our customers purchase a new vehicle they put down $1000". Like I said, this was never mentioned or discussed with me before signing and driving off the lot. My bank stated they will not give them anymore money as the check had already been cashed. So Jim Ellis is essentially trying to make me pay it and withholding my tag and title until I do. I will NEVER recommend this crooked business to anyone and I've already contacted Fox 5 and Channel 2 News stations. My next step is to sue. More
