I was 9 months pregnant with my first child and Matthew went out of his way by bringing in my infant carrier and installing it in 2 different cars so I could determine which model best suited me. Richard worked quickly to complete my sale the same day I decided and took extra time explaining my vehicle's features, even after the dealership closed. If I had a question or concern, Richard was only a text away. When I had an issue with my hatch, both of them made sure I didn't have to wait for a repair or come back after the part was ordered ---they fixed it on the spot and I was on my way.
