Purchased a F250 from here on May 30 ( memorial Day ) everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warrant everything was going good until I had to sit down with a finance manager ( Richard A ) that’s when he started trying to upsell me on extended warranties service packages and I declined. Then he said if I would take a package he would get my interest rate reduced by calling in a favor. I explain to him that I was his customer and that he should be trying to get me the best deal out there and not trying to hold service packages and warranties over my head to get a better deal he says he emailed the finance company because it was a holiday they had not answered back and he would work on it the next day when we asked the next day about the interest rate he said it was a no deal because he considered it a commercial sale/deal. I have no idea how a personal cell to someone is consumer commercial. This is a shady way of doing business anyone should stay away from people that conduct themselves in this manner. If I was running a business like that it would be to build relationships and a customer base instead of trying to make a one time commission by lying and deceiving customers. I will be reaching out to Ford motor company and let them know HAL Mr. Richard is representing their brand name. I talked to someone from their management team that said they was very sorry for what happened and a sales manager would call me back to go over what happened. Never got a call from anyone.
