I called the original salesman about the problem I was put in touch with the floor manager, Mr. Richard Atkinson. He listened to our concerns and said he would take care of them; and he did. Mr. Atkinson not only listened to our concerns, he made sure the work was done properly. We found him pleasant and professional. From purchasing the car until I picked up the car (three or four visits) all of the staff were friendly and asked if they could help us and offer us bottled water. More

We had expressed interest in a 12k mile per year/36k mile 3 year lease, and the sales person provided us with numbers based upon this only to retract his calculations stating the numbers were based on a 10k mile/yr lease. At no time did we ever express this was our desire and even confirmed via telephone conversation with same sales person that these numbers were based on a 12k mile/yr lease. When we showed up the following day to sign the papers, the same sales person presented us with higher payments explaining the original payments reflected a 10k mile/yr lease despite having confirmed they were based on a 12k miles yr/36k miles 3 yr lease the day prior. Other than that, we are happy with the vehicle and especially happy with Homero Quinonez whom showed nothing but professionalism, excellent vehicle knowledge, friendliness, consistency, and integrity throughout our interactions. More
