Purchasing a car is never a particularly pleasant experience. We have purchased and leased many cars over the years and I always appreciate a sales associate that respects our requests. Jonathan was responsive and listened to our requests. He has also remained available to us after our trade-in/purchase for small matters that needed to be addressed. Richard as a manager was equally as responsible to questions, concerns, and negotiations. We would reach out to them again for future purchases. More
