This dealership has a lot to work on. First and foremost, integrity. I purchased a used vehicle from them 3 weeks ago. A "certified pre owned" vehicle. I should have known it was going to be a horrible experience when they didn't show me the deal until it was on the contract. The price was close enough to what I was willing to spend so I proceeded. I got into the car once I completed the paperwork and the gas tank was not filled up!! Really? Are they hurting that bad for money at this place. It had been 4 hours so I once again sucked it up and just drove off. As I drive off, the wheel begins to make a loud humming noise. I explained the noise to the salesman Richard Albino, and his response is "Well all VW's tend to make that noise over time." What an insult. Two weeks later, my vehicle wont start. Tons of corrosion all over the battery and wires. I limped the vehicle back to the dealership only for them to replace the battery and "listen for the noise." I received a call from Danny the sales manager and from Hailey the service advisor letting me know that the noise was heard but they are going to "chalk it up as surface rust." I read the service paperwork that claims "unable to replicate issue at this time." WOW. So needless to say, this dealership will take your money and bold face lie to you and lie on documentation. Stay as far away as possible!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! More

Richard is your typical car salesmen. Any lie that needs to be told to get the deal done. Was told by Richard he had misplaced the spare key to my car and he would get it to me shortly. I try calling to discuss multiple times and was hung up on, told I would get a call back, to no avail. The post service on your sale will be terrible. Because of this experience I will ensure no one I know or myself ever spends another dollar in service or sales. I feel like I need a shower after dealing with them. More

Worked with Richard Albino to purchase a Used 2018 Lincoln MKC. We communicated by phone for two days before our visit. Of course we paid more than was our original intention.
