Service Department didn't perform as expected. I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority des I was told I was going to be called for a status update, and that never happened. I didn't get the level of service expected neither the priority deserved after the mechanic messed up the initial service requested. My sales rep was helpful, friendly and went the extra mile for me, the only thing she needs to improve is that if you tell a customer that you will call him in 3 or 5 minutes, to do so, is not good to wait for hours for a call back. I had a part that was covered by my manufacturer's warranty replaced and they charged me over $700 because they claimed my wiring harness was chewed. I think the extended warranty is a scam to charge warranty replaced and they charged me over $700 because they claimed my wiring harness was chewed. I think the extended warranty is a scam to charge you more for the vehicle. They made an excuse not to honor a warranty that made the purchase price of my vehicle $10,000 more. It's a scam. Even though I had to pay they did do an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. This is why I only gave them 3 stars. More
