After being contacted by email with a truly great price, the purchased was processed and insured in 90 minutes. The actual car pick up could not have gone smoother, Warren took his time explaining all of the features of the car and answered all of my questions. The completion of the paperwork took about 10 minutes and would have gone quicker if we weren’t having such a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure at all. I recently purchased a brand new car through Lexus of Manhattan. I have to say my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 deale Manhattan. I have to say my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. I have been looking at cars for a few weeks and have visited 8 dealer locations in the NYC area. The people and service at Lexus was hands down the best experience. The Lexus of Manhattan dealership is beautiful by the way. The people there are very welcoming. I didn't have that experience in many of the dealerships I went into. My sales associate Raymond was so kind, patient and really listened to what I needed. I never felt pressured and was taken care of every step of the way. I was completely open to any brand but Lexus checked the boxes when it came to model style, features, price, overall longevity and service. I noticed that communication between the departments was very efficient. Sani, the manager, was always present. I was never left just waiting, trying to figure out what was happening. Everything was done very quickly. When the car that I was interested in was in storage, they moved it to the dealer location by the very next day. My buying process took a few days because I had a few things to work out. When Raymond was out for the day, Konstantinos took over and took care of us. He was so pleasant to work with. Nothing was stepped over; everything was explained from finalizing the buying process to explaining everything about the car to me before I left the lot. I had such a great experience working with Raymond and Konstantinos I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. Sold me a car without having a title. I was told “they couldn’t find it”. Asked how long to find it they said a week. A month later no car, no title. Aaked for my payment back in an exped I was told “they couldn’t find it”. Asked how long to find it they said a week. A month later no car, no title. Aaked for my payment back in an expedited manner and was told sure now all communication is ended and no refund. Many instances of unkept promises and outright lies by multiple ppl from general manager down to used sales people. I highly recommend you not use this dealership. More

It appears they are selling Used cars as Lexus Pre Certified even though they are not Actually certified. I purchased A 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport with only 36K miles on it. The rear passenger side door Certified even though they are not Actually certified. I purchased A 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport with only 36K miles on it. The rear passenger side door would not open from the inside which I had a mechanic fix it for me. Then the car had Moisture on the passenger side headlight assembly which is very expensive to replace, but I can have someone just silicone it from the inside. Since I put My TLC plates on vehicle, my warranty was voided which I had known from the beginning. So that was the end of it, so I thought. Then I took the car for its first maintenance at a Lexus dealership. They actually film the actual work and they showed me the Air and Cabin filters and they were very dirty. The Cabin filter was beyond filthy. There’s no way that filter should be as dirty as it was from the the time I purchased the vehicle, not even 4K miles. The dealership who serviced the vehicle told me there is no way this vehicle was a certified vehicle. The filters are supposed to be changed and they clearly were not. The Cabin filter was most likely the original filter that was with the car. There supposed to be changed at 15K miles this 1 was never changed. Meaning The service dept at Lexus of Manhattan clearly didn’t do that when certifying the vehicle. Which means that it’s possible That they didn’t even change the oil. I can understand them not wanting to replace the headlight assembly and missing the door problem. But to not even replace filters which cost them maybe $15 is laughable. The Sales dept was very good though. Outside of that, Be careful if purchasing a pre certified Lexus from this dealership. Just because they say it’s pre certified on paper, doesn’t mean the car actually is. More
