Ryan was very pleasant and easy to work with during the finance portion of my new car purchase. He offered additional services, etc, and was professional discussing them and not pushing the services I was finance portion of my new car purchase. I emailed David Lee as I worked with him to purchase my last car and he was excellent to work with again. Nick assisted and I was given a fair amount for my trade in. The sales manager topped off my gas and washed my car when I had to go back up because the front license plate holder was not on the car and my cargo mat had not been in the trunk when I picked it up at delivery. Overall, I got a fair price for the new car and did not have to spend hours negotiating, everything was finalized in 90 minutes. More

Rob was professional, friendly, a good listener, and made me feel very comfortable. I can also say the same for Rich and Ryan. I felt like I was in good hands. Let one time that I feel stress.Whereas many previous times buying cars, it was an incredibly stressful day because of sales people trying to take advantage of me.
