Pretty easy going process all the way through, they could be a little more flexible on prices. I would probably have given at least 4 stars but their lot guy did a horrible job and the car smells like a dog be a little more flexible on prices. I would probably have given at least 4 stars but their lot guy did a horrible job and the car smells like a dog, I was told told when I stopped in the next day to drop the title for my trade off the regular person that cleans cars would be there and he would detail the car and shampoo the interior. That never happened, the salesman tells me after about 15 minutes its done but as most would know you can't detail a car in 15 minutes. All they did was spray some deodorizer in it and wiped a dirt spot off the headliner and after a few day the car smells again. They also owe me a key fob that was supposedly ordered the day I bought the car about a week ago but I still don't have that key fob, with that said I know certain items that places don't normally keep in stock and have to order are taking a little extra time to get. All in all they are pretty decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. More
