The service I scheduled was not the service I received. Very disappointed! I scheduled a 15,000 mile maintenance and all I got was an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment brought my car in and when I picked my car up all that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. When I questioned all the other things that should’ve been done they said oh that’s in the 30,000 mile maintenance. Seriously? Then, after I pick my car up, my husband got a call from the dealership saying “I see you were in for service and was wondering if you would be interested in trading in your vehicle and upgrading!
