It appears they are selling Used cars as Lexus Pre Certified even though they are not Actually certified. I purchased A 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport with only 36K miles on it. The rear passenger side door Certified even though they are not Actually certified. I purchased A 2019 Lexus ES350 Fsport with only 36K miles on it. The rear passenger side door would not open from the inside which I had a mechanic fix it for me. Then the car had Moisture on the passenger side headlight assembly which is very expensive to replace, but I can have someone just silicone it from the inside. Since I put My TLC plates on vehicle, my warranty was voided which I had known from the beginning. So that was the end of it, so I thought. Then I took the car for its first maintenance at a Lexus dealership. They actually film the actual work and they showed me the Air and Cabin filters and they were very dirty. The Cabin filter was beyond filthy. There’s no way that filter should be as dirty as it was from the the time I purchased the vehicle, not even 4K miles. The dealership who serviced the vehicle told me there is no way this vehicle was a certified vehicle. The filters are supposed to be changed and they clearly were not. The Cabin filter was most likely the original filter that was with the car. There supposed to be changed at 15K miles this 1 was never changed. Meaning The service dept at Lexus of Manhattan clearly didn’t do that when certifying the vehicle. Which means that it’s possible That they didn’t even change the oil. I can understand them not wanting to replace the headlight assembly and missing the door problem. But to not even replace filters which cost them maybe $15 is laughable. The Sales dept was very good though. Outside of that, Be careful if purchasing a pre certified Lexus from this dealership. Just because they say it’s pre certified on paper, doesn’t mean the car actually is. More

We wanted to lease a Lexus from this dealer as it's close to where we live. Called in to ask to set up test drive. The lady who made our appointment told us the vehicle we wanted was at dealership and able t to where we live. Called in to ask to set up test drive. The lady who made our appointment told us the vehicle we wanted was at dealership and able to be driven. We were told to see Ari. When we arrived Ari was busy and seemed upset that we were there. After being told to sit in the waiting area, (bunch of seats set in the corner where rain water drips down on you) he finally came over. He mentioned he didn't have the vehicle we were there to see. We agreed to sit at the desk for information. When asking questions Ari got aggravated and didn't seem to know much about the vehicle. Manager came over and was dismissive and told us there were no cars available for us. Is this a car dealership? My parents are immigrants from from El Salvador and we feel we may have been treated like this because of that. I would say do not go to this dealership. Not accommodating at all. More

As I drove to NY from VA.....to buy the only car on the East Coast with the options wanted.....I was blown away by the customer service that Mr Champ provided. This is an update date after rich the gm got involved I must say all the games ended he did the right thing and because of him I will recommend people to go to his dealership definitely a class act who tre must say all the games ended he did the right thing and because of him I will recommend people to go to his dealership definitely a class act who treats customers well thanks again I purchased a used car that they inspected for 23000 dollars all 4 tires all tires rotted out from the inside so you would never see it needed brakes and rotors my mechanic said this car cant pass inspection like this legally so Lexus passed so they can sell it to me my mechanic said I can’t drive it like this it’s dangerous to bring it back to the dealer so I had to pay another 1000 out of my pocket when I purchased this car 3 and and half months ago that is some scam I asked the sales person Warren as well about the brakes because they felt funny and he lied right in my face the brakes and rotors are checked on all used cars the other mechanic that sent me back to Lexus said this car will not pass inspection because of the tire rot that it’s dangerous to drive this car like this that’s how bad it was Then to tell me I also need brakes and rotors and you go to Lexus and they Don’t take care of it I am going to the attorney general and courts if I have to I should not have paid anything then they say the best they can do is go half with me meanwhile we all know all Lexus cars have what kind of tires so they Put some cheap set of tires on and I had to pay a 1000 like idiot trust me Don’t by nothing from these crooks look at all these reviews I wish I did Before I bought anything every Lexus I have had has Michelin tires they want to sell me a death trap then as soon as I find out tell me a story ok the best they can do is replace all the problems I would Have to pay 50 percent which would be 1000 so they put some geo crap tire on the car I want the money back they should have sold the car like this.so in response to the general manager rich velija message to call and speak to him that was useless I called 3 different times today on wed first he was in a meeting he will call you back that was 11 am. Then I tried at 4pm and was told by Dave who said he’s a sales Manager they are busy but he did forget about me and he will call me Back then at like 645 and it said voicemail full they don’t even call you back that’s how much they value there customers but when the state wants to no how that car passed inspection in the condition it was in then we will see I shopped Lexus of queens never a problem never had a sales person sell me a Death trap and the company tried to charge me for it in the end the gm rich valija did the right thing More
