Like many of you, I dread buying cars. The game playing and shenanigans that dealerships are known for are exhausting. I tend to go into a dealership like I'm preparing for battle. The first thing I noticed was the laid back atmosphere on the lot. We weren't descended upon by salesmen and we're allowed to peacefully peruse the inventory. When we found a couple of cars that we wanted to learn more about we had to get a salesman. And this is where things went from good to great. We were handed off to Rich Bogert. Rich couldn't have been more pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable of the inventory and was able to answer all of the questions we had in a sincere way. There was no high pressure salesmanship here. When we settled on a car, again I was prepared for war, as we talked out the door price. The sticker price was already lower than comparable models within about a 100 mile radius. The negotiation process was simple. No games. No 4 square sheets. Just straight up 'out the door' pricing. Rich explained the additional fees (face it, all cars come with add on fees) but these few and were very reasonable. I actually felt like I got something in return for them. Rich answered all questions clearly and patiently even when I lobbed a couple of curve xxxxx at him. We ended up walking out of there with a great car at a great price. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and highly recommend asking for Rich if you find yourself car shopping at Hi-Line. More

I originally visited Hi-Line to have a vehicle serviced and Tom and his group were so professional and knowledgeable that I decided to look at vehicles for sale.
