Came in for an oil change, and my vehicle was taken in immediately. I wasn’t finished with the paperwork and the car was already in the building. Took three times at the dealer to fix what seemingly appeared to be basically a remove and replace part. Fuel injector initally diagnosed as bad, then replaced with a (defective) part on seemingly appeared to be basically a remove and replace part. Fuel injector initally diagnosed as bad, then replaced with a (defective) part only to fail again at 10 pm in the parking lot of local hospital. Towed out the next morning, leaving us stranded in Somers Point. Next day while picking up repaired car second time it would not start and exhibited the very same problem, gas pouring oit the.bottom of engine. Left it (2017 Camaro) there to be re-repaired and recieved a call later to pick it up (third time) at end of day. OK. No one there at this time to speak with other than receptionist who had the key. So far so good now, Very weak customers relations, I understand there can always be problems. But keep in mind I was exceptionally calm and understanding throughtout this entire transaction. I had thought maybe a follow up call or something from the dealer themselves would be in order but maybe I was mistaken. P.S. We're talking about a more than $1700.00 fix here.
