On 12/13/24 I Purchased two cars at the save time from Ricardo. I spent over 70,000 combined Ricardo promised running boards in the deal. When I was leaving the dealership he told me the service departmen Ricardo. I spent over 70,000 combined Ricardo promised running boards in the deal. When I was leaving the dealership he told me the service department would be contacting me to schedule the installation of the boards. That night Ricardo brought the paperwork to my house for my husband to sign and he brought my car. He didn’t leave the paperwork. I had to call and go to the dealership to get the paperwork. I called for over a week and a half regarding my running boards and now he’s saying his manger didn’t see it in the deal. How dishonest and flat out lies. On Monday I went in and spoke with his manager Mr. Dave Warren he stated he’ll get to the bottom of this haven’t heard a word back. Dishonest think twice before purchasing from this dealership. More

First time buying a car and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) wh and decided the first stop would be Norm Reeves Honda Superstore West Covina, we were luckily to meet Ricardo Villamar (sales & leasing consultant) who was friendly, informative, and most importantly did not make me feel pressured. I drove two cars , asked many question and some over again and he answered all of them. Left having an idea of what car I wanted but wanted to “shop around”. Next day ended up at another Honda dealership where none of my questions were answered, felt embarrassed to ask questions and feeling as though I was inconveniencing them. So I went right back to Ricardo, sat down and asked all the questions I had( had my credit score explained to me, reviewed my car payments, reviewed down payments over and over until it made sense to me) and got my car !!! If you’re looking for a car and don’t know where to start Ricardo and Honda West Covina is the place to go. I got the car I wanted and I don’t have a horror story feeling taken advantage of/ripped of/lied to which is just as important. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ricardo V. More
