Owen presented the sale price as approximately $51,500. Upon reviewing the paperwork, Ricardo altered the price to $53,470 without notification. Notably, I did not purchase any add-ons that would have justified the price increase from the initial sale price Owen showed me. I have made multiple attempts to contact Ricardo and general manager Rick Doran via voicemail, but my calls have gone unreturned. As a first-time car buyer, I am disheartened by the dishonest business practices and lack of accountability. Consequently, I will not be conducting business with this dealership again. More

The overall experience was fine though my sales person showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment with no apology.
