Upon delivery of my new BMW, Susan Ward did an excellent job of going over all of vehicle functions with me. I get a bit nervous when it comes to learning the new technology, but she was so thorough that I left knowing I understood it all. Finally, the whole team overall is very personable, welcoming, and professional. The general manager even recognized me and made a point to congratulate me on my new gorgeous BMW X5! I’ll be back when it’s time for my next upgrade. More

Pick up day was smooth, with the BMW Genius going thru all the features, paperwork was quick and easy.
