Hello ! A little info on me. I was born in Charleston, SC, and was raised in a Hardware store for most of my adult life. So customer service and, helping others is ingrained in me. Married for 25 yrs, one child. Love life & the great outdoors. I give my guest the info they need, with no pressure to buy!! Thank you for considering me. Trust is hard to gain and, so easily broken. Great experience. Rhett was an awesome salesman. Did not feel pushed to buy, but still felt very informed and excited about the vehicles I was looking at. No weird fee Rhett was an awesome salesman. I explained to the sales rep. "Rhett" that we were not going to buy a car today and we were only out researching several different vehicles. While he left us on our own for a shor "Rhett" that we were not going to buy a car today and we were only out researching several different vehicles. While he left us on our own for a short time he returned to see if we had any questions and of course we did. We led him to the vehicle we were initially interested in and the learning began. After explaining the different "systems" incorporated within the vehicle we moved on to a second vehicle to which he again briefed us on the in's and out's of the vehicles operation and safety features. No talk of money, payments or financing were ever brought up. Taking a tour of the dealership we met and talked with employees in all departments. EVERYONE was friendly and willing to take a few minutes to speak with us and not because they had to. We were truly impressed with this entire dealership, it's like none other than we've ever been to. So now we own a 2023 Forester, Thank you Rhett and thank you Crews Subaru of Charleston, it was a great experience. More

Very personable staff, helpful, well informed, extremely thorough. The process was seamless; we enjoyed our time with Rhett, meeting at least one sales manager, no hassle, no pressure and Josh helped make o thorough. Rhett did a great job helping us make a decision when there were no Lagacy limited on the lot.
