I have purchased 2 vehicles from Pete Moore. I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance iss I even got my son to purchase a vehicle from them. My salesman, Mark Torelli was great. I let the service department take care of any maintenance issues. I always let them perform any recommendations and never questioned them. When their part failed they would NOT cover it. In the 3rd week I was told the part was defective. During the 5th week they said they couldn’t get a code, therefore they won’t honor my warranty. I have emailed Pete Moore asking for assistance with this matter with no response. I would never recommend them due to their service department. More

David Franklin was our used vehicle salesperson and was extremely friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable, concerning the differences in the Silverado's we were looking at on their lot. He didn't pressure us in any way and allowed us to ultimately make a deal at our own pace. He also followed up with us after the sale to ensure we were satisfied with our new to us vehicle. He also took the time introduce us to the service department rep, Rhett, who was very helpful in answering questions and giving us some advice concerning the maintenance for our Truck. Overall, highly recommend dealing with David Franklin and the Pete Moore staff. More

The actual service done was fine no issues there! The employees were all great. However over 4 hours for a standard servicing (oil change, filter check etc) and the recommended injector cleaning seem The employees were all great. However over 4 hours for a standard servicing (oil change, filter check etc) and the recommended injector cleaning seems over the top. This has been a big source of my frustration with the service department. Now that my freedom package has run its course, I will most likely seek alternative source for routine maintenance. More
