I gave this dealership a 5 star rating because of Sarah Jacholk. She helped me through the entire process with such a welcoming attitude and made the entire process so much easier. I have bought many cars over years and I think she was as good as anyone I have ever dealt with despite her young age. I earlier filled out this same survey that was emailed to me. On the survey I incorrectly gave credit to Jocelyne Alcin thinking this was Sarah. My mistake! I now realize that Sarah Jacholk is not listed on your list of people in the Sales Department? This should be corrected IMO! I frankly don’t remember the names of other people that worked on this sale so I will just pick one that I think helped me. More
