This time I purchased a new Toyota SUV which is a perfect fit for me and my wife (we love the car)! As usual, Isaiah Woodard did a great job keeping on top of all of the details and answering our many questions before and during our purchase. Dave Rivera made sure my special order color/trim combination was taken care of and correctly set my expectations as to the expected delivery time. That was a big help in planning what to do with my other car. I was very comfortable working with Reyan from the Finance & Insurance department and getting all of the details in the paperwork straight (always lots of details when buying a car). All in all, another great experience with Conicelli Toyota. We will continue to send our family and friends when they need a new car as well. Thanks again! More

I am thrilled to say that I am now the proud owner of a 2024 Toyota Rava Hybrid XLE! I recently had to replace my 2007 Toyota Camry after 17 years of ownership and no car loan. The salesman, Mr. Eddie Ghobadian, along with sales managers Manny Mann and Angel Ramos, and the Reyan Echon, Finance Manager were all very helpful and made the process as smooth as possible. I had purchased a new 4runner from out of state at the end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make end of December and received a temporary tag that was good for 2 months. Five weeks after the purchase, I called my salesman, Chase Butler, to make sure the paperwork was in order and that I would receive my plates before the temporary tag expired. He assured me that if there was a problem, he would have heard by then but he said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did, and a couple of days later, we heard from the title dept that there was a problem with the paperwork and that they needed a copy of our drivers license to resolve the issue. I tried to follow up with the title dept to confirm receipt of the copy of license - no response. I attempted to contact my salesman by text and phone - no response. Desperate, I contacted Ms. Paula DiGiacomo. I explained the situation to her and she said she would contact the title department to see what was going on and would get back to me the next day. True to her word, she contacted me the following morning, to inform me that the plates were being overnighted and provided me the Fedex tracking number. Thank you Paula for your professionalism! You are an asset to Conicelli and customers like me appreciate what you do. I hope you are recognized for your outstanding customer service! More
