The salespeople are nice but twice we’ve encountered a rude service tech, Joel Arango. He literally told me I didn’t have an appointment and that I was lying, and that if I didn’t like it, I could go else rude service tech, Joel Arango. He literally told me I didn’t have an appointment and that I was lying, and that if I didn’t like it, I could go elsewhere. We’ve bought 2 cars here and other than this guy they’re nice. The service Dept needs to improve their time mgmt. A wait of over 1.5 hrs for oil change while you’ve got an appointment is terrible. More
