Had my 2020 Escape in for a recall of a door issue and had my 40k maintenance done. Everyone was very courteous , waiting room was comfortable (no tea for the Keurig though), and the courtesy van and driv had my 40k maintenance done. I brought my Explorer in to get alignment and was informed that it needed more extensive repair. Both Mike and Rex was very professional and made sure that I understood exactly what was needed and ke informed that it needed more extensive repair. While on vacation from Massachusetts, the rear differential in my truck came apart on a Friday afternoon. After having left a message, Mark Roser called me back. In our conversation, Mark display differential in my truck came apart on a Friday afternoon. After having left a message, Mark Roser called me back. In our conversation, Mark displayed the highest level of professionalism and concern for us. From the very outset, he was clearly committed to doing all he could along with his team to get us back on the road, and on our way home. Although there were challenges getting the necessary parts, he was diligent in following up with any possible dealer that could provide the parts, and in communicating the status with me. At times when calling, instead of getting Mark I dealt with Rex. He followed Mark’s good lead and continued with a high level of professionalism in good communication. As quickly as possible, the truck was back together and we were on the road. We were able to make the over 1500 mile trip to home trouble free. Very impressed with Mark, Rex, and the work that was done by the technicians. More
