From the moment we entered we were greeted by Sylvester. He made us feel so welcomed. He is friendly, knowledgeable , kind and caring. No high pressure at all. My name is Anna and I was very fortunate to be introduced to Renzo and Sylester at Delray Kia. I contacted the dealership in the morning and spoke to Renzo who kindly and patiently provided me with more tha to Renzo and Sylester at Delray Kia. I contacted the dealership in the morning and spoke to Renzo who kindly and patiently provided me with more than sufficient information about the vechicle I was interested in purchasing so I rearranged my schedule to meet with the salesperson designated to me the same day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Sylvester Jackson, Sales Consultant, who was both very professional, knowledgeable and courteous towards me. He went beyond his level of responsibility to ensure that I was content with the information he provided. He allow me to test drive the vehicle and responded to all my questions. Even when I decided to sell my car elsewhere, he ensured that the process went smoothly and assisted me which transportation. Ultimately, at the end of the day which was after the dealership was officially closed, I purchased the vehicle. Since it was after hours and my payment could not be processed, he allowed me to drive a rental car home. The next day, Sylvester delivered my new vehicle to my home and drove the rental back to the dealership. Sylvester Jackson is an asset to your company and he made my car purchase experience extremely pleasant. More

Robert “Bob” was very helpful from start to ending as I had my Kia Forte 5 serviced for a KIA Dealership Service Dept. Hats off to the Service Dept. Robert “Bob” was very helpful from start to ending as I had my Kia Forte 5 serviced for a recall at n/c and the routine PM oils, filter change tire rotations. I moved here from the North out of state 4 months ago and Bob gave me customer service as if I were a regular known customer I was completely comfortable with Bob handling and building the Trish I was hoping for as a new customer. The service dept. and inside counter assistance as I paid for services was also kind and curtsey explaining the invoice in detail. I will return for service again my next service due. I almost forgot my Car was washed and dry clean put big smile on my face. Spreading the word KIA great customer service and quick services. The waiting lounge comfortable and offering cold drink and snacks. The crispy daily news paper it’s amazing team work. Thank you again. 5 Star score. More

This is our 4th time working with the folks from Kia Delray. We have leased 2 Kia Optimas and 1 Kia Soul. This time we decided to purchase a 2021 Soul with the help of a new sales rep, Jeff Rizzi. Jeff Delray. We have leased 2 Kia Optimas and 1 Kia Soul. This time we decided to purchase a 2021 Soul with the help of a new sales rep, Jeff Rizzi. Jeff was waiting at the door when we arrived and listened to what our prior experiences had been like and what had been previously discussed. Jeff was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and made this 4th experience as smooth and as easy as a car purchase can be.
