Rude and disrespectful. Had a third party do a pre-purchase inspection and they failed to.make the car available making them return another day. Paperwork was not correct and asked several times for them to adjust and they never did. We had to write over their words to reflect correct dates. They refused to check any box on the odometer verification form. When we called them to ask if they could properly fill out the forms they said they were accustom to dealing with wealthy people who didn't question the forms. Once the car was purchased from out of state they became less available to assist with anything. We asked if they could drop the car off so we could have the transmission serviced since we were flying in from rover 500 miles away. Renee said I thought once we sold you the car we were done and it's my day off so I can't help. The GM was even more of an xxx.. If this wasn't a particular car that my son wanted I would have never done business with them. If you have a choice I would choose another dealership. There is nothing positive about how they treat customers or how they do.business...unless as the GM said " you're a millionaire. More
