I've been in the automotive industry since 1996. I have a bachelor's degree from UALR and I'm a graduate of the NADA Management Academy. I've worked in Finance, Sales, Service, Human Resource, and as the General Manager. As a Service Director for 10 years, I learned a lot about the value of training, the importance of employee retention, and customer satisfaction. I'm married to my best friend and we are blessed with 6 healthy children. My husband and I both come from large families where birthdays and holidays are always an event - never a small celebration and we love the craziness! I've been a member of the Junior League of Fort Smith since 2002 and was privileged to serve as the 2010-2011 President. The training I received through JLFS inspired me to involve the dealership in philanthropic training and work. When I have free time I enjoy spending it with friends & family.

I'm sorry your experience was less than excellent. Thank you for your review. I will do my best to address each of your concerns as you laid them out. 1. Most customers receive an automated text reminder; I apologize if you did not. Since it is against the law in Arkansas for an insurance company to tell you that you have to use one body shop over another, they usually give a list of suggested repair facilities. 2. Mike reported what he saw on the vehicle which is consistent with what you stated in the recorded call when you made the appointment, running into a steep ditch because of fawns in the road. He reported the damage was consistent with dirt, rock & concrete debris under the vehicle. He doesn't make determinations about your coverage, which was not affected by his report. 3. Our system shows there were several phone calls between you and body shop personnel including one at 10:44 am Friday when you hung up on Mike. It also indicates that your "Vehicle Out Date" is 2/01 at 4:00 pm. You picked up your car yesterday 1/31 at 1 pm, a day earlier than expected. We're very sorry to hear that your family is going through so much right now. 4. I listened to the call you had with the general manager; she did indeed ask you what she could do for you. It is always our desire to do what we can to resolve any issue a customer has here. She was sincere in her request to help you however she could. She continued to investigate your issues to see what we could do to resolve it after your call to her. It may be that you were upset and took what she was asking you in a way it wasn't meant. I'm sorry you felt like she was rude, that was certainly unintended, and I apologize. As far as being untruthful, we don't have dishonest employees, and we don't run a dishonest business. We hope that wherever you go that you are happy with the service you receive. Thanks so much for your review.

#2 is not correct so obviously you do hire dishonest people. I can see why Farmers doesn't recommend you as a go to first. My car was promised to me on Friday. It was delivered the next Tuesday after 3 pm. Mike understood it had to be ready Friday. Your dealership is not dependable and doesn't communicate appropriately with customers. Listening in on conversations? Mr. Robinson? Then you know she was rude. Kind of like when a friend had to threaten to sue your dealership for a new engine after changing the oil and not putting the plug back? I will be writing a report of this and sharing it with my insurance Company, and all my social media in addition to word of mouth.

Additionally, I brought the car in, I didn't discuss damage over a " recorded" call. He came out and gave me an estimate- I had my mother with me at that time and when I picked it up as a witness.
