My name is Rene Fulgencio and I am new to the Car Business! Prior to working for McDonald Auto Group, I worked in Men's Clothing for 9 years specializing in weddings and helping guys feel like their best on the best day of their lives. As I transitioned into vehicles, I have found my strength to be in relationship building. I treat every customer as if this is the biggest purchase of their life; there's no rushing or pressure in picking your partner, there shouldn't be any rushing or pressure when picking your vehicle. Aj and the staff are the only reason I come back here. I've bought 2 cars from Aj at McDonald GMC. He picks up both cars for service, always offers a loaner if needed, and makes every experience feel VIP. I've bought 2 cars from Aj at McDonald GMC. He picks up both cars for service, always offers a loaner if needed, and makes every experience feel VIP. Upon signing paper work, I was greeted by multiple smiles, from everyone in the dealership. From service, to the cafe, and the paper work, I was happy with everyone! thanks again AJ, Rene, and Tom for making this happen for me. I love my brand new GMC Sierra. More

René was AMAZING. This was my first vehicle purchase, I was so anxious going in but he did EVERYTHING for me. I told him what I wanted, my budget and he delivered. He is very personable and not once did I feel like I was being pressured into something I did not want. I know I was probably difficult to work with in terms of being so specific with the vehicle I wanted but he never showed an ounce of frustration, he was instead reassuring that we would find the best vehicle for me. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, go in and ask for René! More
