I am very saddened by the way this company does business. My husband overwhelmed from the daily fits and from our special needs child and working in the emergency room as a nurse, short staffed saving lives, My husband overwhelmed from the daily fits and from our special needs child and working in the emergency room as a nurse, short staffed saving lives, literally 14hrs a day with no lunch or bathroom break, and came to buy a car. They jacked price up to get every dollar you could and still I had to call and beg for a delivery even though it is advertised free delivery on the website. I’ll be sure to leave a honest review on as many sites as I can and contact the BBB and any other companies I can to prevent this from happening to any other families. My unsuspecting and trusting husband literally had no idea what he was paying. Yes he should read everything before he signs it. It was his fault and we know that. However, there should still be some ethics when it comes to selling cars. He had a 798 credit score and handed them 4,000 cash and said I’ll pay 250 a month. So much more than the out the door prices I got from other dealers on similar cars. A car advertised at 13,900 has ended up costing us 22,000. It’s sickening and it has really hurt a family in many ways.the finance guy there also said he had 5 kids and a similar situation. How can this man sleep at night knowing he did this to a family like his? Heartless More

Horrible, new Honda Pilot flooded rear interior. Only had the vehicle 20 days and first heavy rain flooded the interior. My wife very sensitive to mold or mildew. Requested a new vehicle or a refund. Only had the vehicle 20 days and first heavy rain flooded the interior. My wife very sensitive to mold or mildew. Requested a new vehicle or a refund. Both request denied by the sales manager Ray Malafarina who had a terrible attitude and said you have to deal with Honda Corporation. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership this being my fourth purchase. This dealership previously was Krammer Honda and was well respected by the community. This new dealership and service manager has left me no choice but to seek legal action to adjudicate this situation. More
