Purchased a 2015 Jeep Liberty Patriot effortlessly I came into Lindsay dealership with a picture of the car that I had seen online that I was interested in. Walking in, I was met with plenty of hello's I came into Lindsay dealership with a picture of the car that I had seen online that I was interested in. Walking in, I was met with plenty of hello's and greetings even 1 hr before they were due to close for the evening. I teamed up with Ren Panlaqui and he immediately found the car on the lot and showed me the inside/outside of the Vehicle. He asked if I wanted to test drive it that night but I told him I would be back the next morning to do that. Next morning, I did receive a couple calls from Ren to make sure that I was still coming in so he could have the car ready for me to test drive. I arrived around 0945, we test drove the car, I decided it was the car I wanted for My son and we made the purchase. I was out the door with the car by 1215 that afternoon. Painless!! More

False price provided over the phone and the internet I was interested in a Pacifica Hybrid. On their website as well as with autotrader.com and with cargurus.com, there was a pacifica hybrid for $40,069 I was interested in a Pacifica Hybrid. On their website as well as with autotrader.com and with cargurus.com, there was a pacifica hybrid for $40,069. I contacted the dealer and spoke to sales person, Ren. He confirmed this and stated that this car was in transit. There was another car which was priced at $46,___. He told me I could come and check it out. I told him why was there a $6,000 difference in the two and he said he did not know. He then said that we could price match that for you since it is the same car. I repeated his statement to him and he confirmed what he said. Then I was interested in coming to look at the car. The dealer called me several times to confirm my arrival and I arrived. There was another sales person there, Eric. Eric said that he has no idea what I was talking about regarding the price match. He said that he would show us the car. After seeing the car, he went to talk to his manager to see if he could price match this car for us. The manager told us that Ren had made a mistake and that the price online was that of a discount incentive on regular pacifica. We had driven for 1hour and 11 minutes out of our way, with a 2 year old to hear this. It was a very disappointing trip and error. We also felt that there is a possibility of lying because such practices are common with car dealerships to get customers to come into their stores. Great, No-Stress Buying Experience I had been looking for a good "certified used" car for about 2 months. Besides online research, I travelled from Alexandria to Chantilly to Leesburg I had been looking for a good "certified used" car for about 2 months. Besides online research, I travelled from Alexandria to Chantilly to Leesburg to Manassas looking at various makes & models. Being a large-framed, 6ft 6in guy, the "sit and drive" test was very important to me. Long story short, I found a certified-used 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan that I liked online at the end of August 2015, so I called and spoke with Ren Panlaqui. He couldn't have been nicer on the initial call. I drove from Herndon to Manassas to meet him and he had the car ready for me to test drive. Ren was pleasant and easy with which to work. No pressure. Jim Rubin in the contracting office had the same, no-pressure mentality. Being in the hospitality business for more than 25 years, it was nice and refreshing to find a dealership that seemed to value me and not just my money. Although I haven't used their Service yet, I can tell you that the Sales aspect was top-notch! Thank you Ren & Jim!
