Tamiami Hyundai in Naples, Florida was the worst car purchase experience ever. I came out of a Tesla model 3 so very Very familiar with electric cars, charging stations, etc… I never had an issue with m purchase experience ever. I came out of a Tesla model 3 so very Very familiar with electric cars, charging stations, etc… I never had an issue with my Tesla and obviously if I had, I probably would’ve never considered another electric car. I bought an ionic five all electric that did not come with the proper adapter and after a road trip, not only got stranded with no heat in an ice storm, but had to be towed because there were no compatible charging stations. Had I had the adapter, it would have been a very different experience. This car should never be sold without an adapter. They did finally send it after this disaster. They took ZERO responsibility, and really didn’t care about my safety. They already had my money! I’ve had the car for over 6 weeks and the financing is all screwed up because they didn’t properly submit the paperwork. I have called into the finance manager three times this week, and still waiting for a response as to what is going on. There are many dealers out there. I owned a successful business. I would never treat a customer or a client in any way shape or form, the way they did. Management is nasty and the way they berate you is unacceptable. More

I’m really a maybe on recommending the dealership. We have a friend that wants to buy a Hyundai and I really don’t think I’ll recommend the dealership. The approach to pricing is terrible — very old school led by a sales manager in a corner office that does pricing. You constantly wait. When we picked up the car it took 2 hours and 45 minutes to get the car paid for and learn the features of the car. Learning the features of the car with Sawyer was very efficient and on point — took about 30 minutes. The balance of the process was about paying for the car. Also, the car wasn’t detailed on Saturday so Sawyer did the detailing on Sunday. He did a pretty good job but now we have to take the car back for a formal detailing which will take about 2 hours. If the car wasn’t so well designed — I wouldn’t have purchased it from you dealership. Sawyer gets a 10 but the dealership is at best a 5. More
