I had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring they had advertised online. I talked to several sales representative and managers about this vehicle. I finally got a out the door price from a sales Manager Tommy but he then made it so I couldn't contact him. Then when I finally got ahold of him. I was informed the vehicle had a deposit and ready for it sale. A week later the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring was listed on their site. I called and was told there was still a deposit on it but they put it on their website regardless of customer purchasing. He then told me it can take up to two weeks for financing to get finished. Also this 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Eternal Blue Mica color has been on the website for months and keeps disappearing and reappearing. When trying to talk to a sales representative or manager they again tell me the vehicle isn't for sale or other excuses. More
