Additionally, it's concerning that I still have two years of monthly payments to make, highlighting the long-term financial impact of this inflated purchase. I have reached a point where I am unable to make my monthly payments due to financial difficulties. It is a difficult and stressful situation that I never thought I would be in. It is hard to believe that I have fallen into this situation and I am unsure of how to overcome it. It's important to be cautious and do your research when dealing with potential dealers. Don't be fooled by their convincing words and always double check prices and information. Even worse, when they finally gave me a check, it was without an account and routing number, causing it to bounce. This whole situation has been a major inconvenience and the bank closed my account. In addition, they added on a $6000 plan that I specifically stated I did not need or want. They promised that the bank would refund and credit it, but once again, they were dishonest and did not follow through. It's clear that this company lacks integrity and I regret ever doing business with them. You may have thought you could manipulate me because of my race, status as a single mother, immigrant background, and struggles with depression and desperation. But in the end, it was you who played yourself. After three years, I have been able to reflect and do the math, and time has proven that the truth always prevails. Your attempts to undermine me only serve to reinforce my strength and resilience. Car price was $30900 I signed $50659.70 without knowing I put down $14,000 I still have to pay $14,69.88 Despite putting down $14,000, I still have to pay $14,659.88 for the car. The total cost of the car was $50,659.70, which is significantly more than the initial advertised price of $30,900. It is important to carefully review and understand the full cost of a purchase before signing any contracts or agreements. As a result, I struggled to make ends meet and was unable to pay my other bills on time. This dealership keeps putting up a vehicle on their website but when asked to purchase it they either say the vehicle isn't available or want to add extraordinary extra charges to the online sale price website but when asked to purchase it they either say the vehicle isn't available or want to add extraordinary extra charges to the online sale price. I had the misfortune of dealing with this dealership on a 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring they had advertised online. I talked to several sales representative and managers about this vehicle. I finally got a out the door price from a sales Manager Tommy but he then made it so I couldn't contact him. Then when I finally got ahold of him. I was informed the vehicle had a deposit and ready for it sale. A week later the Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring was listed on their site. I called and was told there was still a deposit on it but they put it on their website regardless of customer purchasing. He then told me it can take up to two weeks for financing to get finished. Also this 2019 Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring Eternal Blue Mica color has been on the website for months and keeps disappearing and reappearing. When trying to talk to a sales representative or manager they again tell me the vehicle isn't for sale or other excuses. More
