Well they honor their 30 day used car guarantee for trade on another used vehicle but they reduced my trake by $500 and charged me another dealer fee of $995 and that STINKS. I questioned their sale departm on another used vehicle but they reduced my trake by $500 and charged me another dealer fee of $995 and that STINKS. I questioned their sale department and got that is our policy on all vehicles sold at this dealership not matter what you buy. They did honor the WE OWE but did not get the smoke smell out of the vehicle but they did fix the main window switch and removed the key lock on trailer hitch receiver but the SMELL??? More

I have reached out to both the general manager Boyd and salesperson Reggie about the above and only got a text from Boyd about used vehicle extended warrant and from Reggie about rescheduling smoke treatment but no one has answered the charges above about the price difference and the dealer fee. I guess they don't want to answer it. I will give them a few days until I contact the BBB and Florida state consumer agencies about this
