Kelly ford ◦ Requested the paperwork which the dealership service on the car, was told it would be with my paperwork at the end. It was not. • Had to get the front end aligned immediately since dealership service on the car, was told it would be with my paperwork at the end. It was not. • Had to get the front end aligned immediately since it shook on interstate. • Verbally was told new tires, the front tires are not new. • Requested the car fax report and was told it would be with my paperwork—-it was not • Working document indicated $20k for trade in car and finance paperwork wrote up at $18,800 • Text messages and internet indicated the car was $29,895, financial paperwork was written up as $31,382. This does not include the delivery service and filing fee which was added separate . Of course some of this was our fault for not looking at paperwork and trusting the dealership Definitely with doc-u-sign you don’t review as thoroughly Recommendation for anyone going to this dealership, slow down and double check the paperwork More
